How I pack orders
I pack orders VERY WELL to avoid damage. If you don't believe me, check my Google Reviews.
UK delivery
The delivery costs cover the postage of your order, plus a small amount to cover boxes, bubble wrap, tape, etc. I've found I use quite a lot of bubble wrap - as I want your items to arrive in the same condition they leave.
Where possible I'll despatch orders within 1 to 3 days of receiving them, but since this web site is run by one person (me) there can sometimes be delays during busy periods or holidays.
I send all UK orders using Royal Mail 48:

£3.99 on orders under £50 and free on orders over £50.
Orders are tracked on delivery only, and a tracking number is provided when the order is sent.
Collecting your orders
I offer a pick up service too - select the option at checkout and then please email to arrange a suitable date/time.
International delivery
How International orders are sent, the costs and weight/size restrictions depend on where they are going.
Please note: delivery times are based on when the parcel are sent, which will vary week to week at the moment. 2-3 working days means it will take 2-3 working days from the day you receive notification of shipping,
International locations have been split into zones. If your country isn't listed, please get in touch - I can post anywhere, but costs vary.
EU - Zone 1
Countries: Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, Iceland. Luxembourg and Netherlands
Boxes under 2kg are shipped using Royal Mail. Larger boxes are shipped using DPD, FedEx or Parcel Force. Tracked, with no weight or size restrictions.
Smaller parcels may be sent using Royal Mail (it's quicker!)

EU - Zone 2
